Tutoring Costs?

Ok. My wife is French and I am English.

Children go to an all french school.

When I am in custody of children for given amount of time stipulated in the seperation agreement, could I not ask wife to assist in paying for half of tuturoring costs because of my language impedement? This would only be for a period of time until which time, children would be proficient at handling their assignments and all.

Great that the kids will be bilingual. Yes, tutoring is a Section 7 expense that you could equally share or depending on the differences of your salary, contribute too.

Its just like school education I believe.
Both parents share costs.
