  • Getting Orders typed up and issued

Once you have received the handwritten Order from the Judge, how do you go about getting it typed up, served and issued?

Is it simple as follows or am I missing something

    1. Complete Form 25
    2. Serve the other party with Order and attach endorsement for him/her to verify
    3. Wait 10 ten days and respond to any concerns from other party
    4. Swear a affidavit of service
    5. Submit typed up Order and Affidavit of Service along with copy of endorsement to Court House for official stamp

    You meant endorsement.
You are correct but I would swap 3 and 4

But if both of you self-rep clerk should do it.

Other option would be, through Form 00 (blank form), to have the other side consent to the form and content of the attached Order.
