7 months after my ex and I split, he moved 40 minutes out of town. I was obliged to do half of the driving because "access is the right of the child". Now my ex has decided to move again...further away...so that now my half the driving will be a 3 hour round trip. And still - I am obliged to drive one way every other weekend.
So he can keep moving further and further away at his leisure. I, however, may not move the children without his permission. How far can I go before I require his consent? And is that distance measured from the children's home or his? |
