  • Change of Witness before trial?

    Hello all,

I would like to know how to formally change witnesses from the list provide in my 17E TMC.

How do I notify ex's lawyer? Do I even have to notify them?

I would like to be as transparent as possible to avoid objections at trial.

My first guess would be in a General Affidavit.

Can anyone help answer my question?

There are to be no surprises at trial. So yes, you would have to notify them.

What's the reason for your change? And are you suggesting eliminating witnesses or adding witnesses?

I would like to replace witnesses. Two of them are conflict of schedule and cannot make it.

I already asked others to replace them and they agreed .
