Default Documental evidences/exhibits during the motion to change process within SCJ

Dear Sir/Madam.

Please let me know how evidences/exhibits (printed documents) should be presented in SCJ during the motion to change process in order SCJ would accept these documents/exhibits/evidences? How these documents/evidences/exhibits should be served to other party and how they should be filed with SCJ?

Which rule or which law or which legal document explains or describes this procedure?

Thank You
