The ex filed an affidavit and there are no more affidavits until the hearing in a couple of months. Well maybe one more but it can't be mine.
They did a lot of lying with no evidence but I think their lawyer will try to present something in court or in a final affidavit. I want to know what I am up against and get ahead of this is it proper to ask for disclosure for the items they claimed? |
