Hello and thanks for the advice.

I am not haplpy in my relationship. We have been living together for 4 years. He has recently lost his job due to lack of showing up on time. We have a child together. He has not paid his portion of the bills like the land taxes for a year which is a verbal agreement between us. We hardly talk when at home. He does not help with the househole chores. If I leave him and sell the house, will I have to pay spousal support and since he is out of a job will he get full custody. I would like to get joint custody where we don't have to pay support. Is there anyway I can do this? Should I be keeping notes on things he does? Or do you stay and be unhappy and eventually lose everything because he won't look for another job. thanks

Welcome, you appear to be frustrated with your expectations as pleaded.

What's your child's father views on the situation?
