fathers should instantly be given custody when the slitghtest hint of alienation / child abuse exists. mothers shouldn't be permitted to get away with it for over a decade.

I'm on the same road map but I will eventually get there. I know that unless I set sole custody to myself and supervised access to mom as a goal, that I may never get anywhere close to that.

Is there a specific case law that will dictate this in a recent judgement? I could use this in my coming trial in May as D14 won't speak and see me since last August. PAS was confirmed last January when I got the report from CAS.
