spelling/address error on form 8A
Hi all,,,
I have filed my 8a at the court, the STBX was served last week (I still need the 60 days to run out before further action), however I have noticed the document prepared got my son's name wrong. also, the STBX address on the form is the matrimonial homes address.
the separation agreement shows, our son's name correctly, and the stbx was served at his current address.
Will this delay the divorce order? should I go to the courthouse and file an amendment?
