We have been following the agreemnet with regards to visitation, but now for some reason she does not want to follow it? We are waiting on our lawyers to get back to us with a revised copy to sign.

No signature = No dice

Sorry, but any document you have regarding custody, access or child support provisions needs to either be signed by the parties, or signed by a judge. No signatures, no agreement.
