Ive read multiple books on parental alienation and how to handle the difficult ex spouse. Hes also seen a therapist who specializes in children and divorce and reunification. Until the kids are willing to hear what he has to say and believe what he says, theres nothing he can do. Even trying to be "Disney dad" doesn't work. They take the money and continue to treat him like shit.

It was meant as a she is blameless because she has done nothing to the kids. They hate him because of his actions. Yet she fails to realize if she wasnt including them in discussions like she is, they would know nothing and not hate him. She makes unilateral decisions and then says "your father wont pay this" or "your father wants you to cancel your trip/date/vacation to force you to see him". She fails to add "your father is willing to work with us to accommodate" and jumps to "this is why hes a monster".
