Financial disclosure still not done

Hello all,

All my financial statement are done and are supported by back-up documents. It's almost going on 2 years.

On the other side, we are still waiting for several documents that she should have submitted to us as it was asked several time to her ex-lawyer and now, her new one.

Should I be sending Form 20 to make it more official?

Yes and then go on motion when the time expires and attach the form 20 and denials to the affidavit.

Make sure what you are asking for in the disclosure is reasonable and has a purpose.

It will be served to the other party once we challenged the adjournment this week. Those are things we've been asking since the beginning and they were always ignored.
