Ok so yesterday the judge finally asked daughter's father to diclose his full income inlcuding his DVA disability pension.
However, there is no case law in Newfoundland that talks about this. Plenty in Ontario. If anyone out there dutifully pays their child support and includes all income including DVA disability pension, please let me know. I am unilaterally paying for my daughters university expenses and he just stopped paying ordered child support! This is costing me a fortune and all I want is him to help with her post secondary education!
