Yeah, I read that one. I haven't seen my daughters in 18 months because she decided to end my parental time shortly after I got re-married. I've been pushing the OCL to take charge, but the ex and her lawyer are insisting that the girls need "therapy" before being re-introduced to me and my family. The news story says that the girl was given 10 days with a councellor. For me, it's been 8 months now that they've been talking about getting the into therapy..... If only I wasn't self-repped.

You need to assert yourself more.
Just because my ex and her lawyer 'insist' on something doesn't mean I agree.
One thing I have learned is that as long as you have the childs best interest in mind - court won't freak out of you 'insist' on your access.
Unless, there is a court order somewhere that spells out that you can't or something.
File a motion. It's not that hard. You can do it.
Write out in 25 points on how you had access, how it changed, what you want, and why you want it.
I have found that courts are sypmathetic to Dad's having access, unless there are very good reasons to not.
You could even cite this article comparing 10 days vs. 8 months.
