  • Consent Morion to Change Child Support

I've filled out Form 15D Consent Motion to Change Child Support (just changing monthly child support amount starting 1 July 2011). One party signs it with a witness. Then the other party receives it and also signs it in front of a witness.
One of the parties goes to the courthouse to file it. Is there a cost to file it? Then what happens? Is it approved that day? Will the parties be notified by the courthouse when it is approved by a Judge? Does the courthouse automatically send it to FRO? Does someone need to return to the courthouse to get certified copies?
Any and all advice for what happens after it's filed is appreciated! Thank you!

      Thank you!
Do the parties still attend court when they agree to the changes?
After a Judge signs the orders, does the court send the Order to FRO, or does one of the parties? Do the parties have to pick up their copies from the court?
