  • ending common law legaly

I entered a common law relationship - about 6 months ago we went to notary public to have it legalized for insurance purposes.

We are no longer together. Everything seperated ect
We just dont know and are not getting anywhere with the notary office we went to to terminate the initial agreement binding us.
    What do we do?

as long as you both agree that you are finished then I am thinking that after living apart for a while would make the agreement null and void.
