  • what is this ROFR??

My ex has his mother care for our two children about 2/3 of the time he has them. I am almost always available to be with them and would love any additional time I can get. We have no written agreement yet. separated about 1 year and looking at court maybe in nov? Please inform me of the Right of First Refusal and how I can use it.
    thanx

It is something that normally the non custodial parent asks to have so that they can get adhoc access to the kids when they would normally be left with a sitter.

What you sound like you are talking about is daycare, and parents are responsible for this during their time. And since this is with the paternal grandparent, you will have a hard time fighting this.
