I have made very detailed calculations for the past 3 years and there is absolutely no way I would have to pay full table amounts for my 3 kids because they only lived with their mother periodically (as in summer months) and most of the time, they lived away. Adding to that is that 2 of the 3 kids got their own apartments last year and have never returned. So why would a judge order full table amounts for that situation?
My calculations have worse, best and likely case scenarios all worked out and think I am going to be just fine. So perhaps it's time to roll the dice and get it over with.
