Default Back to School Decisions

Saw this and thought it was interesting. I believe Janus normally points out judges won’t go against their bosses (the government) in their decisions.

Nah, judges question governments all the time.

What I would say here is that the authorities have spoken, and said that school is safe. This is coming from both the ministry of health and the ministry of education. I think at this point there is a presumption that the experts are correct, and that they are safe.

If you want the courts to override the experts, you need special circumstances.
