Sk8r,
In my case a Judge ordered the Office to get involved. We both filled out the intake paperwork. Then about a month later, my lawyers received a letter stating that the Office had reviewed the file, and felt that the children's interest were already been served and they declined the file. They didn't give a reason why.
I suspect, after reading the OCL website, that they do not get involved in cases were CAS has already taken a position on custody/access. I have had CAS involved and can relate to being under the microscope. Just be honest and up front. No one is a perfect parent.
