  • So much for only walking on block

    Hi everyone,

Well just come to find out my X who has bad MS according to him is out in the bush Hunting with our son. At our last case conference in September his lawyer told the judge that his client has MS and can no longer hunt because he can only walk one block and has to sit.
Lo and behold a miracle has happened and he's able to walk again. That would mean he can go through the corn fields, across the creeks, up the hills, climb his tree stand, put up his decoy tent, get up at 4:00 A.M. and be in his tree stand for 5. What am I doing...oh ya...working as a telemarketer in the evening to get money so my grandchildren and children will have a Christmas this year.

I'm on a rant thread so I guess this is where I'm able to dump. I will not give him the satisfaction of knowing how this is totally pissing me off. I'll continue to pretend I know nothing of what he's doing.

Thanks for listening, it's all good :-)

Let me jump in and vent as well........

Gave wife 100%. Everything. even got her a new car.

Got fired off by my mother who thinks she is the Queen of England and was opposed to the separation (she was only thinking of what's best for my chilldren she says - ok WOMAN, your OWN two children don't even talk to you and you have 3 grandkids you have yet to even visit!!!!!).. Anyways, separation agreement signed and we used only X's lawyer. I get Joint Custody and Alternating Weekends. She gets $1,000 based on my 3 years salary (2010, 2009, 2008). Signed it went I was unemployed (Yes bad mistake) goes into effect Oct 1, 2011 after sale of home.

I saw my kids JUST before the house sold. Once it sold, all hell broke loose.

Going in to file for Motion to Change since I am making HALF of that. She tells me to go get 3 jobs to pay her $1,000. I figure her stocking maxi-pads at a local grocery store part time aint going to cut it either. Go get a McJob-o. She goes out and buys a house way past her means and thinks I'm going to pay for it. Right.

    This is all just starting.........

And for the record........I'm liking the peace and quiet of a NON-SHOUTING partner. Crazy X was either shouting or throwing pans. I don't even think I have a picture of her smiling. I wonder if she even had teeth? well I can see she has fangs now.

      1. Request the evidence to the medical condition in the form of a report from FP or specialist.

      2. MS depending on the type can be treated with medications which can restore mobility. So, depending on the type this could happen medically.

      3. Without evidence based medicine to backup the claim it is just that, words on paper. A clinical report would be required to prove to the court that he indeed has MS.

      4. If he does have some form of MS do have some empathy. It is an awful disease to have.

      5. What is said in a case conference stays in a case conference. The worst lies come up in them. So, even though you know this information due to the fact it came up in a case conference it holds no weight in the litigation.

      Good Luck!
