  • What does a SDOIF mean

I am asked from the court to send a "SDOIF for The Respondent paying Spousal Support"

Can somebody tell me what that actually is Thank you.

If I settle my case for a lump-sum (let's say), do I still have to send a SDOIF or to go through FRO?

    Thank you

Got it, thanks! Now, why would anyone want to propose that, while in the same wanting to settle for a lump sum?

I would think, as dumb as I am, that the lump sum and this form, very much exclude each other.
