I am trying to fill out form 17E I need to know what a joint document brief is? I don't see any joint documents at all but ex's lawyer says yes there is one why don't I see it? Also Question 7 has me stumped "have the parties signed a statement of agreed facts? her lawyer says no do I put no? and question 12, "has an order been made for affidavit evidence at trial? what does this mean? and then question 14 have you served a request to admit? Her lawyer says no but gives no reason? what do I put? I'm so confused this paper work is driving me up the wall. Thanks in advance for any help!

As the name implies, the statment of agreed facts attempts to identify the issues you agree on. This helps to identify the disputed issues for the trial judge.
The affidavit of evidence is a summary of the witnesses and what they will testify about at trial.
Search this document Courts of Justice Act - O. Reg. 114/99 for your other questions.
Read it thoroughly if you are going to trial. You need to know this stuff and it's going to take a while to read it, let alone understand it. You don't want to get tripped up on technicalities.
