In reading a few cases regarding contempt they mention that a motion for enforcement is a preferred option since it's not quasi-criminal. Looking though practice aids and guides online I see no reference to such a thing - everyone only talks about Motion for Contempt.
Has anyone ever heard of a Motion to Enforce an Order? It looks like its basically asking a judge to find that an order has not been complied with and ordering that it should be. It's got no more force than the original order and no penalties but it at least reminds a party they have to comply and hopefully makes an impression. It sounds like it's probably a lot easier to get since you're not asking a judge to make a finding of contempt.
