    Unfortunately, this is not what would happen. Doctors are only held accountable for gross miss conduct. It is very difficult to successfully litigate a Doctor in Canada. The governing body is the college of physicians and surgeons and they are a legal machine.

    Judges are just as untouchable. This file is massive and has been in front of a number of judges and even appeal panels of judges. It's really a unique case that is hard to apply a broad brush too.
