    LOL too funny. If you're paid up that's all that matters. Now you can hire someone else and all ya gotta do is sign the little one page Notice of Change of Representation (or whatever it's called these days) and it will be faxed over. You will have to give the new lawyer a retainer but at least you will be taken care of PROFESSIONALLY. As you are changing lawyers you can get an adjournment so your new counsel has time to get up-to-speed on your file. Your ex not filing in time makes it super easy.
