    Agreed. This kind of conduct is often a good way to "shoot yourself in the foot" indeed.

    Furthermore, adding the complexity of a complaint on top of it all won't make things easier to end... It will only make it take longer.

    So will lamenting about cheating and other stuff...

      I agree what you said and fully understand the consequence. Fortunately for me, we have financially separated more than one year ago and live as a couple in the eye of CRA for only very short time, six months only. Even if I had to pay back, it wouldn't be big.
