My question is when does the evaluation date change. I was separated 10 years ago, we remained friends and dated through-out these ten years. We never lived together...she had her place and i had mine. I remember seeing something that said a couple needs to live together for at least 90 days to set a new evaluation date. Is this correct, and if so can someone direct me to that law/thread.
