For the most part I agree with Rioe. Your ex is relatively young and she is not encumbered with any children. She is free to travel, free to go to school and definitely free to work. If she isn't in for the long ride (long marriage) then move on and let her hire a lawyer and try for SS. I really don't think she will be successful in getting what she "thinks" she is entitled to unless you have a substantial income. [IN MY OPINION]
