I have a disclosure meeting coming up and wanted some advice on how to deal with a negative or positive recommendation?
Throughout the investigation I have taken the advice from this forum and refrained from bashing the ex and only addressed my concerns about our child and what is happening or what she is doing (alienating me from our child) . The ex on the other hand has gone guns blazin and went all out with the bashing with concerns that I do not feel should be any concern and or where I can prove her concerns are no lore then a bashing at best. If I am not happy with the recommendations , can I address why ? Or should I save it for when I put the assessor on the stand? What if she is not happy and starts complaining? I'm trying to figure out the best outcome for both of us and our child. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Well when I questioned one recommendation from the OCL the Judge asked me why I did not dispute it. This is yet another form. Now my ex did and that's how I learned about it. Now my assessment was favorable for me but it looked to me like if you don't line up your ducks and the Judge cant be botherd then your out of luck. Go on line or to the court house and ask for the form.

There is some great info here from InvolvedDad75 regarding OCL recommendations. Read that and you'll find your answers.
You don't argue the assessor's recommendations during the disclosure meeting. You deal with that in court, if and when necessary. |
