Assuming I track itemized hours spent self repping on my legal work (similar output as lawyers) .. was is the best practice around submitting cost submissions in such case ? Do I assign myself an hourly rate ? Which one ?

I think there are a few threads that would help you with this info, possibly a stickied thread. Apologies, I don't have time to look for them for you now but look through the stickied threads and try a search for them

Search for WorkingDad on this forum. It will link to his cases. He successfully won costs as a self rep and it should outline what he set for his rate. |
