If the children is with one parent 100% of the time is it as simple as looking up the Guideline amount?
If a parent has a child 50% of the time and the other parent has no income is it just looking up each parents amount in the guidelines and paying that? |

If a parent has full custody then its table amount.
If you have 50/50 then it is offset. If one parent doesn’t have an income and it is offset then you need to get an income imputed to determine the offset amount. |

Paying offset is a tax disaster.
Each parent should pay the other the required amount. |
