    Here,
-You have to give all your wages to your EX-wife, you can maybe keep enough to live in a basement...
-If you don't do what they tell you then you get your passport suspended, your license taken away, go to jail, can have your right to use the legal system suspended....
-you also get put on one of the deadbeat websites

So no, china is better than canada....

Can you imagine all the cash paid Support paying parent cringing over delaring all their income.

CS in Cananda is based on declared Taxable income. If you dont report " cash income" then its not taxable. How many cash paid employees report 100%. Of tips, side cash jobs in construction, service industries, child care services, catering etc etc. Legit business, write off everything to reduce taxable income. It seems it is easier to hide income in Cananda then to rely on your pants pocket in China. Having been to China I can see it would be hard to hide a stash in the frugally furnished tiny homes that many live in. And who knows maybe the wife was abusive and husband was stashing money to run away with his children for safety. No police and CAS or battered persons shelters in China.

Its all how you look at it.
