  • Fcc steps

Does a judge just mediate during an fcc or can he listen to our stories and read and ask questions about affidavits? Can you serve your affidavit during a fcc? Also can a judge tell an applicant that the application for an order they are asking for is absurd and they are probably going to lose at the end of the family case conference. Can the judge or master or whatever throw out the application at an fcc? I know its informal and all but would it have to go back to court to get thrown out? Is the fcc to hash out more stuff before going back to court, or could the next step be trial if he/she decides a trial would be necessary?

The last time I went to one it was 10 min as the master decided that the suggestion by the other party was reasonable and to try it out, return for further direction if it does not work....this could go on for ages....lol
