  • Motion Procedure

My Ex filled for a motion that was to be heard in Feb.
I filed a counter motion that was to be heard the same day.
The judge looked at the information and said that there was too much stuff to deal with on a "short motion" day and it would need to be put over for a "long motion" day.
That day has now been set for May.
Between the original motion day and today, we have settled some of the issues that were to be discussed.
Since that original motion, other issues have come up that need to be addressed.
What paperwork needs to be prepared or resubmitted for this upcoming motion in May?
Can I just add to my original motion document?
    Is there a "amendment" document?
Do I amend my original afidavit or submit a new one?

I was represented at the time of the original motion but I am not any longer.
    Any help would be appreciated.
