Can anyone tell me what a case conference is all about? Is this where you tell the judge about your proof of things? and is this where things can be settled, instead of going to trial? I need details of what goes on.
    thanks!

A case conference is where all the issues are brought up infront of the judge. He can not make final orders unless you were able to settle some matters on your own. At this time if there is missing information or more needed, the judge will ask for you to provide it.
Basically it's a mini story of what's going on and what things can be settled without going to trial.
Mine went as lawyers went in talked to judge, lawyers came out, took each of us in a room, discussed things to settle, we agreed to some and then they were made into temp.orders.
