One thing I was told is
"do not go after child support before the final court order". The court order even says no child support is owed before date X. What I didn't know was the the ex had an income during that time and should have been paying support. Still the response was "don't go after the old child support ever". There are other things that were prior to the final court order that continued after the final court order. One or two significant events that never made it to an affidavit but I have irrefutable proof for (I don't say it lightly). So what I could be asking here is "what is dead and forgotten and should stay that way and what should be brought up" thanks. |
