Does anyone here have first hand (preferably recent) experience re-filing a child support order with FRO that was voluntarily withdrawn when the order was made?
In particular, how long did it take for them to get it into their system and get payments moving along, and is the one form on their website all you need to fill out? |

January?? Yikes!!!
I called yesterday (only on a 5 minute hold yay!) and was told they were super backed up and it would probably take about 30-60 days to process. Faxed the form in on Monday. It’s for my current partner who pays support and is getting tired of being treated like an atm machine. |
