Default Correspondence Prior to Case Conference

Quick Questions (I am self rep.)

I have a case conference scheduled for the beginning of March where in regards to a motion I have filed to amend an existing divorce order.

I would like to further discussion on a few of the matters which would be discussed, prior to getting to the case conference.

Are there any statements which should be included in the correspondence i.e. without prejudice etc etc.

Simply, there appear to be points upon which we now agree, as well as a few points where I wish to provide some context as to why I hold a certain position (yes, the motion was accompanied by an affidavit, but I would like to expand on a few points).

Is there any concern advancing correspondence of this sort?

Thank you.
