hi there
i have a question maybe someone can answer me i was readin about the name change on children and the mothers that change them i was wondering if i can change my sons last name to mine since me and the ex were never married and we r goin to court for child custody. right now i have temp full custody and the ex has no access to the child unless given in written notice by me witnessed and dated, this is due to the fact he had a weekend visit and refused to let me have son back and had taken him out of region where he was to be in and had lied to the courts and myself about stuff and was found out. can he deny me changing name or child support that he agreed on before he walked out to be with his gf. currently he is supportin her and her son. another question is if i have a right to move the child due to sickness in the family when i have temp custody? the ex said i can not move there due to its in the yukon so he is denying the access to my side of the family what can i do? the third is the fact i was told about something about first nations about the first nation grandparent has a right to take children away from parents under a signed ducuments of first nations is that law now?
