  • Is this worth pursuing?

I am from Alberta and lived with my ex for 3.5 years in his condo. We just split up one month ago. As his condo was paid off in full before I moved in, we shared equally expenses for utilities, taxes, condo fees, and all other living costs. We have no children. He now lives in the condo and I am struggling financially to purchase my own place. Do I have a right to pursue any compensation? Should I bother seeing a lawyer or am I left up to my own devices?
