      Of course! But let's be realistic here - there is a way to say things CORRECTLY and a way to say things INCORRECTLY. Being aware of the right/wrong way to present your case is important. Especially if you don't have a lawyer to do that for you. It is, afterall, all about what the judge perceives - and it's certainly easy to say something completely in innocence that could make you seem unreasonable because the judge is only getting part of the story. If only they could be flies on the wall all the time. But they can't.
