Anyone know how hard and fast is the Line 150 Rule is for income?
For example, RRSPs have been equalized and there is no pension on either side. Say I lose my job and have to start withdrawing RRSPs to survive. That would count as income on Line 150, but since RRSPs have been equalized, it would seem very unfair to count that as "income" for support purposes...
I would like to have (at least) RRSPs excluded as income in the SA.
Any comments ??
