    Hello,

When dealing with the opposing lawyer is there a difference between:

    1) A letter sent by fax
    2) A letter sent by email
    3) An email

#1 is the most reliable as you can keep the delivery confirmation you get from a fax.

#2 sucks as a person can claim they didn't get it.

#3 is the same as #2.

If you want to make sure the lawyer gets it and you have evidence of delivery #1 is the best... unfortunate really in 2020 when you consider that there are better technologies.

14B motions can be sent by email and the only proof of service needed is the sent email. No read receipt or anything??
