    Yes, a court can order a "parental coordinator"...

    Some examples from "case law":

    CanLII - 2012 ONSC 6127 (CanLII)

    Holidays and vacation periods are to be shared equally, at such times and dates as agreed upon by the parties or, failing agreement, as directed by a parenting coordinator to be jointly retained by them;

      My court order states that if there are major disagreements that we are to use a mediator.

      "If X still disagrees with sole custody parent, the issues should be mediated/arbitrated with Drummond White, or such other mediator/arbitrator agreed to in writing."

          Quick questions: Does anyone know of any good mediators in Ottawa? I'm wondering about putting some specific names in my offer to settle so we don't get bogged down wasting time to find one whenever there is a requirement (and there will, for sure)
