  • Request to Admit Filing

In accordance with Family Law Rule 22, I served my Ex-spouse with a well-prepared Form 22: Request to Admit with attachments, including a Statement of Agreed Facts.

My question is, do I just file the Form 6B: Affidavit of Service, or do I also file the whole Request to Admit package with it to the court?

Rule 22 says serve, not serve and file, but I want to be sure as I am approaching the trial date of 28 November.

    Thanks.

The way I understand it is you also need to file Form 6B and 22 inculding attachemtns (exhibitts) with the court. And add it to the Trial Record too. When the Statement of agree facts is done then you file that too, and also in the Trial Record.
