won't sign agreement

Ex has decided not to sign our seperation agreement we drafted ourselves...says he can't afford to pay his lawyer....we have been seperated for 2 years now....i am living/paying bills in the matrimonial home with our 2 kids. He is living with his GF (whom he had the affair that ended the 24year marriage). He has paid no Child Support and sees his children when it fit's his schedule. He has been paying some/not all the costs in the house.

My lawyer has advised me to take him to court....my only problem is the costs associated with going to court...what are they???? Where would they get me???

Any advice would be helpful...
