Starting over in New Brunswick

I'm seriously considering loading up the truck and moving to New Brunswick. There are some lovely small communities out there and seems like a good place to retire/make a fresh start. (Also no chance of running into nasty Ex).

Would appreciate any comments or suggestions from those who have lived there or have vacationed in the Miramichi area?
