My ex says that he wants to have the kids go stay with him now half time.
He said if he has them half time he will owe me nothing because he would have them half time, or 50 percent of the time. Is this true? Despite him making more than double of what I might in income? Thank you. |

No thats not true. He would pay offset unless your two incomes are equal.
Take the tables for however many kids at both your incomes. You calculate what you would pay him in cs based on your income and what he would pay you. Subtract your amount from his and this is what he pays you in support. S7 would still be proportionate to income. |
