    Easy there Mess....just to clarify....I only posed the question to get clarification, not to "get out of paying". I have and will continue to pay my full support, buy the bulk of the clothes, pay for sports, spending money, haircuts, etc....I will continue to be the ONLY parent that shows up for school plays, sport games, parent teacher interviews....and so on. He is the one who is refusing to pay for his one child that lives with me. FULL TIME. I appreciate the all the responses and do find this forum very helpful. Just a very stressful time struggling with the court system.

      I'm not sure we knew that you also had one of the children.

      If that's your situation, then relieve yourself of some of the financial burden exercising this 40% factor.
